1. Who is eligible for the program?
   Our only eligibility requirement is to be homebound and unable to cook or shop.
   
   
2. What area does your program cover?
   We cover 43-square-miles around Third and Alvarado. Although our program is the largest meals program in the area, we do not serve all of L.A. 3. Do you provide special dietary meals?
   Yes, we provide special meals based on the individual dietary requirements and preferences of our clients. Our special meals accommodate diets such as low-sodium, purée, diabetic and vegetarian.
   
   
4. Are clients required to pay for the meals?
   We ask clients to donate $2.50 per hot meal and $1.25 per cold supper, but we never refuse our services to anyone who's unable to pay.
   
   
5. How is the client billed?
   We bill clients monthly.
   
   
6. How many daily meals can a client receive?
   We provide one hot meal a day and, upon request, a cold supper. If needed, we can also provide breakfast.
   
   
7. How many times a day do you deliver meals?
   We deliver once a day.
   
   
8. What time do you deliver?
   We deliver between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
   
   
9. Does insurance, Medi-Cal or Medicare pay for your services?
   No, we are not federally funded, and insurance doesn't cover the cost of our meals.
