Annual Report to Donors: 2010
In 2010, we helped clients stay safe and healthy through a variety of lifeline services. Nurses from St. Vincent Medical Center visited clients to assess unmet health needs. Seniors received help with medications, walkers, and canes and were referred to medical care when needed. Our outreach workers offered assistance to those suffering form depression, poor health or other difficulties. If clients were not able to live alone safely, we got them help to move to an appropriate setting.
